WHO ARE WE?

Mareda is an independent association of catechetical leaders in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. We gather regularly to pray, educate ourselves, share ideas, discuss current issues, and enjoy Christian fellowship.

We go by many titles:
Directors of Religious Education
Coordinators of Christian Formation
Directors of Child Ministry
Directors of Youth Ministry
Pastoral Directors
Pastoral Associates
Etc...

...but our goal is the same: to lead others to Christ through excellence in Faith Formation.

WHO CAN JOIN?

We welcome as members anyone who directs or coordinates (part-time or full-time, paid or unpaid) a Faith Formation, Religious Education, Child Ministry, or Youth Ministry program at a Catholic parish in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee.
